Yes, through their calendar (iCal) links. Paste the link of every room from Booking.com or Airbnb in notify.bg – those dates are closed here every 15 minutes – and paste the notify.bg link of the room there, so your direct bookings close the room on their side too.

By bank transfer. You write the payment instructions once – IBAN, deposit, reference – and the guest sees them with the exact amount after the booking and in the e-mail. You mark the deposit as paid in the record.

Both are possible: the guest chooses a room type and gets any free room of it, or picks a particular room or house. Rooms too small for the number of guests are not offered.

Yes. Then the guest first gets “we received your request” and the confirmation follows when you change the status. You can also let guests cancel from the link in their e-mail until a number of hours before the check-in.
